Customer Reviews
Good quality, quick delivery
I ordered a sample pack of the wheat stem drinking straws and a bamboo cutlery set. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took 4 days to reach my home in Florida, which was faster than I expected. The straws are much better than paper ones; they don't get soggy at all, even after sitting in a drink for a while. The bamboo cutlery feels sturdy and nice to use. I had a quick question about composting, and their customer support responded within a few hours with helpful information. Overall, a very positive experience with a high-quality, sustainable product.
Nice straws, easy process
Got some cocktail hay straws for a little get-together we had. The website was easy to navigate. Shipping was pretty quick, about a week. They held up well in drinks and didn't get soft like those paper ones do. My friends liked them too. It was a good experience all around. No fuss, just good straws.
Solid alternative, some minor points
I purchased a case of the tall hay straws for my small café. The bulk pricing was competitive, and the checkout was smooth. Delivery took 6 business days, which was reasonable but not exceptionally fast. The straws themselves are very good; they hold up well and customers appreciate the eco-friendly option. A few customers mentioned they have a slight natural 'wheat' smell initially, but it dissipates quickly and doesn't affect the drink. It would be helpful if there were more clear instructions on shelf life directly on the box, but their FAQ section online covers it. Good value overall.
Good straws, fast shipping
I ordered wrapped hay straws. They arrived quickly. The straws were sturdy and worked well. I would buy again.

Thinking of ordering some of the wheat straws for a party. Do they really not get soggy? I hate those paper ones.
Are these agave straws better than the wheat ones? Or should I just stick with the regular wheat ones?
Do these ship to New York City fairly quickly? Need them for an event in about a week.
Anyone know how to get a good discount? Planning a big order for my coffee shop.
